Lehland Burton

My name is Lehland Burton. I am from southern Illinois. My employment was farming crops and animals. I moved to Arizona in 2015 to escape the snow and pursue better employment opportunities. I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and I try to carry Christ in all I do and say. I have been employed in armed security ever since I moved to Arizona so, security is what I know best. I have learned to recognize needs of persons while protecting and working along side law enforcement. I have learned that 95% of security is how to speak to people. You MUST have compassion AND always be ready to protect and serve others. I have learned to LISTEN and not speak always. I have found a welcoming place with Augusta Ranch.

Frank Walter Zilinger III

My name is Frank Walter Zilinger III and I am originally from the Chicago area however as a child; my twin brother, sister and I moved around different places due to my Dads jobs. Hard times came with this and we did often face poverty, this has made me a humble and hardworking person. No matter what life throws at me, I always put in my best effort. After I graduated high school in 2017, I decided to join the Army. I wanted to be like my Grandfather who served for 20 years and I had goals that could be accomplished with that career. I completed bootcamp as an 11 Bravo Infantryman and was stationed at Fort Carson, Colorado. Life was going great for me- I was learning new stuff about weapons, vehicles, security, and other military aspects. I was building friendships and finding new hobbies and getting into physical fitness. I even met my now wife and mother of my son who is from Colorado Springs. However, I was facing a lot of challenges too. A lot of unfair circumstances led to me developing a battle with depression and I was Honorably Discharged from the Army. I didn’t want to let depression win and with the help of my Wife, I was able to get back into a spot in life where I am now still strong and happy.
I have been on a lot of adventures, I have a goal to visit more countries/places and I want to build a very happy life for the family I have created which is a reason why we moved to Arizona. I want to be someone who helps and protects others, which is I chose security. My goal is to do the job right and keep people safe, work my way up to the top and maybe eventually even get a career in Law Enforcement. My past jobs have given me different knowledge and experience working with people. I enjoy going to the Rodeo, traveling, hiking, and working in the yard.

Along with having my Unarmed/Armed guard cards required by AZDPS my qualifications also include holding all active and renewed certifications regarding proper techniques of handcuffing, and use of pepper spray.
