Now Accepting Registrations for OktoberFest 2024

Our Oktoberfest is a well-attended event featuring local artisans and business owners, live entertainment, face painting, photo booth, stein hold competitions, beer gardens, and German-style food. While the HOA puts on many events for their residents during the year, this event is one of the few that is open to the public.

Augusta Ranch Oktoberfest, held next year on November 2nd, 2024, is an annual event that features local artisans and business owners, live entertainment, bounce house, face painting, photo booth, stein hold competitions, beer gardens, German-style food, and more. 

Please register ASAP to secure your vendor space!

About The Event

Augusta Ranch is an active golf course community with over 2200 homes. 

The Augusta Ranch Homeowners Association hosts many events year-round. These events are designed to create a fun, interactive atmosphere for our residents to relax, be entertained, eat great food, mingle, watch art being created, and win great prizes through charity raffles.

VENDOR REQUIREMENTS:

• Be setup in a place by 2:00 pm and stay until the event ends at 6 pm. 
• Pop-up canopy tent 10’x10′ or larger, the size of which is appropriate to the type of business you are displaying
• Appropriate number of tables, chairs, and various stands, etc. We encourage creativity in your displays!
• At least one representative to interact and share items and/or business with the public
• Plenty of inventory for sale, business cards, handouts, brochures, etc. — whatever is appropriate to your business and encourages activity
• Payment processing method for cards

Space Deposit:
A refundable deposit of $100 is required to reserve your space. We are accepting payments on Venmo. Our user name is @Augusta-Ranch. If you are not able to find us by searching for our user name, try using 7657. 

Space availability is limited, so the deposit guarantees that space is being held for you. There are no other fees. Your space deposit is fully refundable after the event.
