Christmas decoration representing a snowman displayed in front of a house

On Course for the Holidays is on Friday, December 8th from 6-9PM.

We need all the support from the golf course owners and the horse and carriage route to make this event successful! Please decorate your backyard (golf course owners) or front yard for our horse and carriage route.

We will have a coffee/hot chocolate truck, pictures with Santa, golf cart train, horse and carriage, raffles and a Christmas movie. All proceeds will be donated to this year’s charity organizstion: St Vincent DePaul. Thank you for your support.

Christmas Parade is Cancelled

Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, including costs for licensure and police officers, we had to make the difficult decision to cancel the Christmas Parade for this year. There will still be a band, the Caribbean Cruises, at Scratch on December 9th from 1-4pm. Come out and enjoy the music and food!

Coyotes in Sonoran Desert in Arizona_ USA

Coyote in Neighborhood

We have had many emails and phone calls about a coyote that maybe living in our neighborhood. We have not heard that he has been aggressive towards humans, and we also have not heard that he has killed any resident’s pets. With that said, the Arizona Game and Fish Department does not respond to calls to relocate or remove coyotes unless they are a public safety concern.

They work through Valley Protective Services, Inc., and have a close working relationship with the Mesa Police Department, who may rely on our guards to assist when needed.

When is it appropriate to call Security?

If it doesn’t look right to you, let our Security Team know. It takes all of us watching to help keep Augusta Ranch a safe place. Possible reasons to call Security might include parking violations, solicitors, trespassing, open garage door, criminal damage, animal control, lost/found property, and any suspicious activity, persons, or vehicles. For neighborhood non-emergencies, we’re here to help!
