The Father’s Day is celebrated across the world with the objective of realizing and honoring the contribution of fathers in the society. It is a day which celebrates the fatherhood, paternal bonds and the efforts of male parents towards their family and society.
REMINDER – VIOLATION NOTICES ARE NOW ELECTRONIC
Violation notices are being sent via email if you have an email address in your account. No more “Snail Mail”! Now we can discuss your notice the same day the violation occurs. If you are still receiving them by mail, you will need to add an email to your account on the Resident Portal link below.
Political Signs
According to ARS Statue 33-1261, an HOA may not prohibit the indoor or outdoor display of a political sign by an owner on their property, except if it is more than 71 days before a primary election or more than 15 days after a general election for candidates who advanced from the primary election to the general election.
Pre/Post Emergent Service for Residents
This year has been a very difficult year in controlling weeds in the front and backyards. The HOA vendor is offering pre/post emergent at a discount for residents. Please remember if you have weeds in the backyard we might not be able to see it, but your seeds from the weeds are going into your neighbor’s yard. Please be considerate and remove the weeds in the backyard.
Arizona Termite, Pest and Weedwill be offering the pre and post emergent applications for homes in the community. Be proactive and avoid violations by signing up for this service to help prevent new weed growth and kill what is existing.
Service dates are July 1st and 2nd.
To ensure you are added to the list prior to the start date please sign up byFriday, June 28th.
Please make sure you pick up items in the areas being sprayed, as we are pulling hoses around, we need the areas clear and accessible.
Pre-emergent (Helps prevent new weeds from germinating)
The group rate for pre-emergent is $55 for the front yard and $55 for the backyard. The standard service is for granite (rock) areas.
Post-Emergent (kills existing weeds)
Post emergent to kill existing weeds is a separate service which we can offer at the same time. The cost for post-emergent is $55 for the front and $55 for the back during this group rate special if done at the same time.

NOTES: Please make sure the pre-emergent is watered into the soil within a week of service to maximize its effectiveness. If you have post emergent sprayed, you need to wait 1 day before watering in the pre-emergent to allow enough product into the weeds so they will die off.

Augusta Ranch Postal Worker is Retiring
Jody, who has worked for the Postal Office for 27 years, is retiring on June 26th. She has spent most of her years here at Augusta Ranch. Please wish her well on her retirement!

Augusta Ranch Security Patrol Team consists of three full-time armed guards licensed by the Arizona Department of Public Safety. The guards patrol our community approximately 18 hours per day, seven days a week, continuously changing schedules. They work through Valley Protective Services, Inc., and have a close working relationship with the Mesa Police Department, who may rely on our guards to assist when needed.
When is it appropriate to call Security?
If it doesn’t look right to you, let our Security Team know. It takes all of us watching to help keep Augusta Ranch a safe place. Possible reasons to call Security might include parking violations, solicitors, trespassing, open garage door, criminal damage, animal control, lost/found property, and any suspicious activity, persons, or vehicles. For neighborhood non-emergencies, we’re here to help!
