On Course for the Holidays

Christmas decoration representing a snowman displayed in front of a house

On Course for the Holidays is on Friday, December 8th from 6-9PM.

We need all the support from the golf course owners and the horse and carriage route to make this event successful! Please decorate your backyard (golf course owners) or front yard for our horse and carriage route.

We will have a coffee/hot chocolate truck, pictures with Santa, golf cart train, horse and carriage, raffles and a Christmas movie. All proceeds will be donated to this year’s charity organizstion: St Vincent DePaul. Thank you for your support.

Parking Restrictions Passed in Augusta Ranch

Augusta Ranch met the requirement for HB2298 to keep our overnight parking restrictions. Thank you all who voted and supported the overnight parking.

Nothing is Allowed To Be Posted

on Community Mailboxes

This is important, please understand. A percentage of your HOA dues was used to cover the cost of painting our community mailboxes. Let’s take care in keeping them looking nice.

Flyers are strictly forbidden to be attached to community mailboxes.

You may not affix anything to them, including flyers, signs about missing items or pets, and advertisements.

WHY? When we attempt to remove a flyer that someone has attached, very often some of the paint adheres to the tape and comes off. Unfortunately, when this happens, whoever posted the flyer could be responsible for covering the expense of repainting.
